New York City:
Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to exit 66 (Sills Road County Rt 101).
Turn left at traffic signal heading north.
Head north toward Yaphank/Middle Island.
At the intersection of Mill Rd and Yaphank – Middle Island Rd bear right and continue straight.
Middle Island Country Club is approximately 3 miles north of Long Island Expressway.
